I haven't received my order. What do I do?

If you have not yet received your order and it is past the five working day delivery time please use our contact form to let us know.

I've ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

If you have ordered the wrong item you can exchange it as long as it is unopened and as new. You will need to pay postage to return it to us.  Once received we will exchange the product for you subject to a refund / charge if there is a price difference.  In all cases, please contact us using our contact form to let us know, we will come back to you with the return address and details. 

You've sent the wrong item item to me.  How do I exchange it?

If we have sent the wrong item to you (the item you have received does not match the description on your invoice) then we will exchange it for you, free of charge.  Please contact us using our contact form and we will let you know what you need to do.

Do you sell my details to third parties?

We never sell customer details to third parties under any circumstances. Your information is used solely for the purpose of taking your order, confirming your order and despatch.  We do occasionally send emails to customers but should you not want to receive them simply let us know.

Can I pay with Paypal if I don't have a Paypal account?

Yes you can. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and choose to pay without an account.  From this option you can pay with all major credit and debit cards.

My card was refused when I tried to pay. What can I do?

If your card payment was refused we suggest you pay with a different card and check that the address / name details of the card holder match. If these match and you are unsure as to why your payment has not been authorised please contact your card issuer.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us BEFORE we have despatched the goods to you. If your goods have been despatched we are unable to cancel the order but can refund if you return the items back to us in original, unused condition. Please note, this refund will not include any return postage or packing charge.
